Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ISO Align (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit isoalign.com, contact us, book a demo or sign up to our newsletter. Customers’ use of the ISO Align platform at app.isoalign.com is covered by their customer agreement.
Who we are
ISO Align is the data controller for the personal data described here. If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your data, email info@isoalign.com or call +353 56 449 2121.
What we collect
- Contact, demo and roadmap forms: your name, email address, company, phone number and message. On the demo form we also ask which standard you’re interested in.
- Newsletter sign-up: your name and email address.
- Correspondence: emails, calls and meeting notes when you deal with us directly.
- Website analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies): the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. We use Google Analytics 4 for this, which does not store IP addresses.
- Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records IP addresses, browser details and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it, and our legal basis

Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:
- our website hosting and email provider
- Microsoft, for email and document storage (Microsoft 365)
- Google, for website analytics, if you’ve consented
- our newsletter sending service, if you’ve subscribed
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers, including Google and Microsoft, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and correspondence: up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Customer records are kept for as long as the customer agreement and our legal obligations require.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: no more than 14 months.
- Server logs: for the period our hosting provider keeps them, usually no more than a few months.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected if it’s wrong
- have it deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing
- receive it in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage consent” link at the bottom of every page. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the website.
Children
Our website and services are aimed at businesses and aren’t directed at anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if the way we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
